Travel Blue to spotlight backpacks for Gen Z passengers at TFWA Asia Pacific

Travel Blue Group has introduced a range of lightweight backpacks aimed at the Gen Z consumer market. The global travel retail accessories specialist will spotlight the collection at the upcoming (12-16 May) TFWA Asia Pacific Exhibition in Singapore. 

The backpacks come in multiple colourways and sizes across three categories: Traveller, Executive and Everyday. 

The pieces, which range in price from US$49.90 to US$99, are made from polyester and come with a two-year international warranty. 

Travel Blue Managing Director Daniel Levin said: “Adventurous and with a desire to go out and explore the world, more than half (52%) of Gen Z adults are considered frequent travellers (source: Morning Consult Pro). 

“They are poised to reshape the travel industry and the backpack is an essential part of their lifestyle at both work and play.” 

The Traveller backpacks are intended to be carry-on bags, featuring shoe pockets, a laptop compartment and space for personal items. The bag comes with a USB port and water bottle compartment. 

The Executive collection offers a more compact design for the business traveller, while the Everyday backpack collection is more informal and priced at the category entry-level. 

The Travel Blue backpack range is supported by a dedicated point of sale solution. Display stands hold 24 backpacks, suitable for wall and aisle locations.
